1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an organization) and MediaBuddy ("MediaBuddy", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the https://mediabuddy.aimodelplace.com website, application, and related services.

By creating an account, connecting social media channels, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access MediaBuddy's scheduling, AI generation, and publishing features, you must create an account:

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use MediaBuddy.

3. Social Media Connections & Meta Platform Policies

MediaBuddy enables you to link your Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts via official APIs to schedule, preview, and publish posts:

  • Platform Rules: When connecting external accounts, you agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Terms.
  • Authorized Access: You warrant that you are an authorized administrator or editor of any Facebook Page or Instagram account you connect to MediaBuddy.
  • Revocation & Disconnection: You retain complete control. You can disconnect your social media channels at any time through our Connected Accounts Settings or via Facebook's Apps & Websites settings.

4. AI Content Generation & Responsibility

MediaBuddy provides AI-powered tools to help you draft captions, brainstorm concepts, and schedule creative content:

  • Human Review Required: AI output is provided as suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, proofreading, and verifying the accuracy, tone, and legality of any content before publishing it to your social media channels.
  • Content Ownership: You retain full rights and ownership over all original inputs and the outputs generated for your account through MediaBuddy.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not use our AI services to create defamatory, hateful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content that violates third-party copyrights or platform standards.

5. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

MediaBuddy offers free and paid subscription plans, as well as AI credit packages processed through secure payment gateways (such as Stripe):

  • Billing Cycles: Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis unless cancelled before renewal.
  • Credits: AI generation credits are deducted based on usage and refill according to your active plan tier.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following restricted activities:

  • Attempting to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform or connected APIs.
  • Using automated scraping, bots, or unauthorized automated access to MediaBuddy.
  • Spamming social networks with abusive, fraudulent, or repetitive unauthorized content.
  • Interfering with server performance, security networks, or other users' access.

7. Disclaimers & Warranties

MediaBuddy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, bug-free operation, or that third-party platforms (like Facebook or Instagram) will not change their API availability or policy guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MediaBuddy, its operators, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our platform or connected social networks.
