2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at contact@aimodelplace.com.

• No Cancellation Fees: There are no cancellation fees or hidden penalties for cancelling your subscription.
• Access Until Period Ends: When you cancel, your account remains active with full access to your paid features and credits until the end of your current paid billing period.
• No Automatic Renewals After Cancellation: Once cancelled, you will not be billed for subsequent billing cycles.

3. 14-Day Refund Guarantee (Subscriptions)

We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time subscribers on recurring monthly or annual plans:

• If you are dissatisfied with MediaBuddy or experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or renewal date.
• Refund eligibility is subject to fair use. Accounts that have excessively consumed high volumes of AI generation credits or violated our Terms of Service may be reviewed prior to issuing a refund.

4. Digital Credit Purchases & One-Time Packs

MediaBuddy offers optional extra credit bundles for AI generation features.

• Unused Credits: If you purchased a credit package by mistake and have not used any credits from that package, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Consumed Credits: Once credits have been utilized for AI content generation, image creation, or API execution, those consumed credits are non-refundable.

5. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

Our order process and billing are handled by our trusted Merchant of Record and payment partners (such as Paddle.com and Stripe). Our Merchant of Record manages billing inquiries, currency conversions, applicable VAT/sales taxes, and returns. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.).
